WHAT IS SUNTORY MINUS 196?
Suntory -196 (Minus 196) is a ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage with EXTREME Japanese origins.
Our products are made using real whole fruits mixed with Shochu, Vodka and Soda.
Using Suntory’s Proprietary Freeze Crush Infusion (FCI) Technology™, we take whole fruits, freeze them at MINUS 196 DEGREES CELCIUS, crush them, infuse the pulverised fruit in vodka and shochu before mixing with soda.
This extreme production method captures every bit of all natural, full fruit flavour to deliver a unique and refreshing liquid.
